  1.           LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COLORADO BACKUP FOR DOS, COLORADO 
  2.           BACKUP FOR WINDOWS, AND COLORADO BACKUP FOR WINDOWS 95

  4.           This software is copyrighted and owned by 
  5.           Hewlett-Packard Company or its third party licensers. 
  6.           Your rights to use the software are similar to your 
  7.           rights to use a book or a video movie.
  8.      
  9.                     You may use the software on one
  10.                     machine at a time.
  11.      
  12.                     You may transfer the software, along 
  13.                     with the tape drive hardware to
  14.                     another person, provided that you
  15.                     give the person all your disks,
  16.                     updates, and documentation.
  17.      
  18.                     You may make a copy of this software 
  19.                     for backup purposes, you may also
  20.                     make a copy of this software and
  21.                     install it on other computers for
  22.                     use with a Colorado Memory Systems
  23.                     or HP Colorado tape drive which is
  24.                     shared among those other computers
  25.                     only.

  27.                     You may not make copies of the
  28.                     software for any other purpose than
  29.                     those specified above.  In
  30.                     particular, you may not copy it onto 
  31.                     any other bulletin board or similar
  32.                     system.

  34.                     You may not rent or lease the
  35.                     software.  You may not modify the
  36.                     software, including removing any
  37.                     identifying notices or defeating any 
  38.                     protection mechanisms.

  40.           WARNING:  Copyright infringement may be investigated by
  41.                     federal or international authorities and may 
  42.                     be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
  43.      
  44.           U.S. Government restricted rights:  The software and 
  45.           documentation have been developed entirely at private 
  46.           expense and are provided as "Commercial Computer 
  47.           Software" or "restricted computer software".  Use, 
  48.           duplication or disclosure by the U.S. Government is 
  49.           subject to the restrictions set forth in subparagraph 
  50.           (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
  51.           Software clauses in DFARS 252.227-7013 or set forth in 
  52.           subparagraph (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer 
  53.           Software -- Restricted Rights clauses at FAR 52.227-19,
